Ingredients
  1. 1/2 cup watermelon chunks
  2. 1/2 cup strawberries (I had frozen pieces that I quartered)
  3. Juice of 1 lime
  4. 1/4 cup of unsweetened plain coconut yogurt
  5. 1 cup almond milk
  6. 2 scoops of collagen peptides (I used Vital Proteins) - can substitute with protein powder of choice
  7. 2 tbsp. chia seeds
Instructions
  1. Add a couple of drops of stevia if you would like a hint more of sweetness. Blend and enjoy!
